Volunteerism is the backbone of the organization work and the reason for its growth and success. Thanks to the goodwill of its members, Helping Hands International, Inc. has been able to expand its impact all over the globe. But there is so much more that needs to be done. I am here to solicit help for causes that I support that are being carried out by MEDA-USA in rural Cameroon.
This organization is made purely of volunteers who contribute money to help 22 villages in the Moghamo area of Cameroon, West Africa to sponsor kids orphaned by AIDS, provide scholarship to poor kids, to provide basic drinking water, to provide skills training to rural women.
